How do I check my ring size?

If you’re not sure what your ring size is, we offer a handy little printable ring size guide. You can either use a ring you already have to double-check the sizing or follow the instructions to cut out and use our ring sizer.

Always measure your ring size when your hands are warm, as cold hands are slimmer and will not give you an accurate measurement.

Do I have a warranty?

Yes – all Newport Reserve items are covered lifetime warranty.

Every piece comes with a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. If you don't love it, return

it for a til refund-no Questions asked.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

First and foremost, we recommend giving your jewellery a break every now and then. When you’re not off on an adventure, store it in your Jewelry dust bag (included in every purchase) and wipe it with a soft cloth to buff and restore shine.

Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering, or washing your hands, and do not apply any hand creams or beauty products when wearing your jewellery. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising, as sweat can cause oxidisation.

Lastly, as much as you’ll love your jewellery, we don’t recommend sleeping in your jewellery. 

Will my items tarnish?

Although we use the highest quality materials for all of our designs, fashion jewellery can experience normal wear and tear over time.

925 sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% sterling silver and 7.5% copper. The copper is added for durability, but it might oxidise.

If this happens to your ring, don’t worry! Just wipe it down with a soft cloth to remove any tarnish and restore its shine.

What if I don’t like my order?

Under our Newport reserve Jewelry Guarantee, we offer a Lifetime warranty if your items are damaged or you are not 100% happy with your products.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, depending on your location ( usually 5-8 days ). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
