SHIPPING POLICY

After placing an order, we need 1 business day to process it during the week. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Once the order is processed, it will be shipped, and delivery takes between 5-10 business days.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are
some places that we are unable to reach. If you happen to come from one of those countries we will contact you.


LOST/LOST PACKAGES

Newport Reserve is not responsible if the wrong address is entered

during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake we will take full responsibility for the original order that was placed for you.

PAID SHIPPING
Please note that any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless you purchased the optional Shipping Protection at the time of your order.
In that case, if eligible, the full order amount including shipping costs may be refunded in accordance with our protection terms.


CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any shipping charges once the items have been shipped. Once you have purchased our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs charges when they arrive in your country.
